We will require a contact telephone number in order to arrange delivery
- We aim to dispatch your carpet as soon as possible once your order is complete and payment confirmed, however given the size of the product please allow up to a full working week for delivery.
- If you purchase your carpet on a weekend your order will be processed first thing Monday.
- Delivery slot is between 8am - 6pm on the given day of delivery
- If you require a specific day for delivery (excluding weekends), that's not next day please let us know and we will try to arrange it for you.
- We advise you not to book any fitting until you take receipt of the goods and are 100% happy with them.
- Delivery is with a one man courier service and is to the curb side, the driver may be able to help but no guarantees can be made that the carpet can be carried into your home. If you require assistance please call us and we may be able to provide an alternative service* (*charges may apply).
- Depending on your postcode a surcharge may be applied to your purchase. Please call or email us if you have any questions regarding this.
